  1. Ok, got a chance to check out TaskKillerLite.
A few things I’ve run into:

    Help, About.
I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t seeing the About window, but the Task Killer Lite window was greyed. Come to find out, the About window was showing up behind the main form. Alt-spacebar, M, arrow keys… i was able to move the Help window and make it visible.

ALL tasks were listed, not restricted to those for the user. Is there a way to isolate only those tasks associated with the current session?

I couldn’t sort the list. I expected to be able to click the column title and have the list adjust.

With “Close gracefully” unchecked, I tried to kill a task for a different user. I ended up with an error stating I was not authorized.

With “Double click” checked, I could end only one task at a time. That’s ok, no problem.
I never could figure out how to select multiple tasks to end. I Ctrl-clicked a couple items, unchecked “Double click” and that removed the highlight from my selected items. I clicked on the column title – highlights were back. Then when I clicked on one of the selected tasks, the others were unselected. Checked “Double click”, repeated the Ctrl+click selections, unchecked “Double click”, clicked the column title, then Ctrl+clicked one of the selections. The highlight was removed, the NEXT selected task was removed but the one I clicked remained, now unselected. The other selected tasks remained selected in the list.
