The Services action allows you to stop or start existing services on your system. Please note that you must have administrator rights for this action to have any chance of working. You can either use an account with administrator rights or run Splat specifically with administrator rights.
The Services action consists of the following options:

| 2. | Action. Select whether to start or stop the service. |
