Logs the time spent on different tasks.
Features:
- User defined tasknames, messages, descriptions, hotkeys and more.
- Change task using the tray menu, or press Ctrl-1 through Ctrl-9.
- Press Ctrl-0 to show the menu.

- 2007.04.07 - v1.2: Corrected the tray tip, restart when settings change.
